How come I don't see your listing on the sign outside of the 6314 Odana sign and how can I find the door?
There is only so much space on the sign located outside of the Kensington West building,
we are within the shared space of the Madison Healers Cooperative, hence this is the only signage
representing us. ***Currently we are waiting for proper signage in the internal directory case as well as
on the entrance of suite 22.*** We are located on the second floor opposite to where the elevator
door opens (located past the fireplace) when you enter from the back side of the building.

What kind of products do you use during regular massages?
Hypo-allergenic, nut free unscented oils and lotion.
We take pride in saying that for those undergoing radiation therapy
none of our lotions contain any metals, like zinc, that could interfere with treatment.
What forms of payment do you accept and do you accept HSA and or FSA cards?
We accept cash, local checks (with a valid driver's license),
Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
And yes, we do accept HSA and FSA cards as well.
*Sorry we do not accept traveler's checks
When a service says 60, 90 or 120 minutes, is that really how long
of a service I shall be receiving?
Yes it is, just as long as you arrive within at least 5 minutes
before your set appointment time. Please read our terms and policies for our stipulations on Tardiness.
I have pretty sensitive skin, what kind of laundry detergents do
you use in your sheets and blankets?
We use Ecos laundry detergents, formaldehyde and
petrochemical free, neutral ph. 100% natural (and or seventh generations).
I would like to schedule an appointment, but personally I feel more comfortable
talking to someone rather than going about the indirect way of booking online.
What can I do about setting up time to come in?
We would love to personally hear from you.
Doing this can easily ease any pre-anxious feeling of what you are giving yourself into.

Do you sell packages, gift certificates and or gift cards?
Yes we do. Gift certificates and packages are available both digitally online and in person at our office.

can you do appointments as early as 5?
We would love to accommodate, as long as we have enough notice.

I see you provide oncology massage, how come I can't find a function
on your online booking system?
Being mindful of our own capacity, we only provide this service to so many individuals at a time. It would be a disservice to our current clients and our therapist if we had that as an easy option on our booking system.
So having this in mind we would prefer to communicate one on one to have a better
picture of your journey, history and goals. As well as to see if Holly has the capacity too. Please do not take this as a hindrance, we would love to help and often times can.
Can you do couples massages?
Currently we do not.
Sadly we do get asked this... "Is the massage covered or can the sessions be in the nude"
First off, this is a PROFESSIONAL massage practice. If there is any signs that would elude to sexual
advances or acts, the session will be terminated immediately and payment will be paid in full.
