   I am currently in my third and final of year becoming a SEP (Somatic Experiencing Practitioner).  I currently open to accepting. new SE clients. You can find out information about the trauma institute and it's program here.

     Just as our name implies, we embody mindfulness in every aspect of our professional services. We do not breach boundaries, we listen fully, we meet clients where they feel most comfortable at and on all levels; mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually. Our fluid adaptability, we feel, makes us resilient like nature, but humble enough to slowly rebuild a client's capacity in one's self.
